Snowmobiling!!

Wow! We had a ton of fun this weekend! We took the opportunity to leave the work and school behind for a couple of days to hang out with some old couples, including our parents. Totally worth it! We all went up to the Uintas to stay in a cabin and ride the snowmobiles. It snowed about 17 inches the first day that we were there. It was surprisingly not too cold. The snow was so powdery (if that's even a word) that it felt like we were riding on a cloud! It was amazing! We were making our own trail for most of the ride so the fresh snow made it even that much more fun. If we got out of the trail the snow went up to our waist. It was so much fun! The stay in the cabin was awesome. It was so comfortable. I'm so glad that we went. It was a really good opportunity to just be together and relax.

So, snowmobiling just isn't snowmobiling unless you get stuck, right? How many men does it take to get a snowmobil out from 17 inches of fresh snow that is on a cliff? To be exact...it was 7. This was one of those times that I was so grateful to be a woman. All that physical labor just wore me out watching! It was still great though.
Ben has a running reputation that he always has to add to the excitement by wrecking or hurting himself. This time he did both. Wouldn't you think that this tiny tree would totally lose if it came across a snowmobil? Wrong. This is the end result...tree: 1, snowmobil: 0. Luckily, there were no broken bones and just a cut up knee.
